A seismic processing client was looking to modify their commercial facility to provide adequate infrastructure for a 1.5 MW HPC datacenter. X-ISS has won that opportunity and will be providing assessment, design, vendors selection, and implementation services for both the datacenter and the HPC systems from beginning-to-end. The datacenter will be designed to handle high density racks with optimal PUE and the HPC infrastructure will be designed for optimal management and performance. The customer chose us because of our experience and reputation in the HPC management space and because of our vendor neutrality. This provides them the ability to execute quickly and effectively in an area where they don’t have a lot of experience, while focusing on their key core area of internal development. |
